Late Slipknot bassist Paul Gray’s grave is vandalised
Memorials at his grave are stolen
Slipknot bassist Paul Gray, who died earlier this year of a drug overdose, has had his grave vandalised.
Statues and trinkets situated at the site where Gray is buried have been taken by theives. They include a gargoyle and a Buddah, situated next to Gray's grave.
The band have appealed for the safe return of the items.
In a statement on their official website, Slipknot wrote: "In a very upsetting turn of events we have learned that some gifts left for Paul at his grave site have been stolen. There were statues of a gargoyle as well as a Buddah that were placed at Paul's grave by his friends and family that were taken. We ask that whoever did this please return the items no questions asked."
Slipknot's future is still in doubt after vocalist Corey Taylor suggested that the band could not continue properly without Gray.
