Green Day, Kings Of Leon win big at Grammys
Bands triumph at Grammys 2010
Green Day and Kings Of Leon both triumphed at this weekend's Grammys.
Held at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles, legendary punk trio Green Day walked away with the Best Rock Album gong for their recent '21st Century Breakdown' full-length.
Kings Of Leon took home the Best Rock Song award for 'Use Somebody', and went on to beat Green Day in the Best Rock Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals category.
Elsewhere, AC/DC took the Best Hard Rock Performance award, triumphing over the likes of Linkin Park and Metallica. Metal gods Judas Priest also won, this time being crowned Best Metal Performance.
