Green Day Re-Release Back Catalogue On Vinyl

Need '39/Smooth' to complete the collection?!

Reprise Records have announced plans to re-release the entire Green Day back catalogue of albums on vinyl.

The full schedule goes:

'39/Smooth' - released in 1990, will be available on 140-gram vinyl, along with the 'Slappy' EP and the '1000 Hours'. Available March 24th.

'Kerplunk' - released in 1992, will be available on 140-gram vinyl, along with the 7 inch single 'Sweet Children'. Available March 24th.

'Dookie' - released in 1994, will be available on 180-gram, audiophile-grade vinyl. Available April 18th.

'Insomniac' - released in 1995, will be available on 140-gram vinyl. Available May 12th.

'Nimrod' - released in 1997, will be available on two 140-gram vinyl discs with a gatefold sleeve. Available June 16th.

'Warning' - released in 2000, will be available on 140-gram vinyl. Available July 14th.

'International Superhits!' - released in 2001, will be available on 140-gram vinyl. Available August 11th.

'Shenanigans' - released in 2002, will be available on 140-gram vinyl. Available September 15th.

'American Idiot' released in 2004, will be available on two 180-gram, audiophile-grade vinyl. Available October 13th.

'Bullet in a Bible' - released in 2005, will be available on 140-gram vinyl. Available November 10th.

Each album will be plated and pressed at Pallas in Germany and mastered at the world renowned Bernie Grundman Studios.

In addition to the LPs, Reprise will also release a boxed set of Green Day singles culled from the band's entire career, including those from their alter ego side projects Foxboro Hot Tubs and The Network, as well as B-sides, international tracks, and live tracks, on July 21st.
