The BFMV boys have spent the week picking a set of ace tracks they love for you to listen to, and we've compiled them in an exclusive and really-quite-brilliant Spotify playlist. The hour-and-a-half long selection straddles the line between amazing pop, super heavy metal and awesome, classic rock 'n' roll. It's well worth a look.

Says the band's frontman Matt: "This is a bunch of tracks we really like, from some of our favourite artists. A lot of these songs - by Machine Head, Lamb Of God, Bruce Springsteen, and Judas Priest amongst others - are still inspiring to us to this day. Oh, also our new album's pretty good, so there's a couple from 'Fever' on there!"

Moose: "We've put a couple of curveballs in there too..."

Matt: (tongue firmly in cheek) "Haha yeah, The Cheeky Girls are very inspiring to us. Great songwriters! 'Touch My Bum' is a classic."
