Artist Of The Year: #6 - Manchester Orchestra

Coming in at #6 on our 'Artist Of The Year' countdown is epic Atlanta 5-piece - Manchester Orchestra.

We first met Manchester Orchestra back in March... it was their first trip to London and we were blown away with how amazing they were, and that nobody had really heard of them.

Well, it's all change in so little time! After signing to Columbia records and touring the world with Kings Of Leon, they've got a huge cult following that is as we speak, spilling over into the mainstream masses.

Their stunning debut album 'I'm Like A Virgin Losing A Child' received a 5* review from Rocklouder on it's release, and their recent London headline show at King's College was certainly one of the highlights of our concert-going year.

They return to the UK in February for their biggest shows yet, and if Manchester Orchestra aren't the biggest band in the world next year then we'll eat our hat (and its bloody FREEZING! thats how much we believe...)
