The Riposte

Who?
David Callaghan (vox), Michael Quayle (guitar), Josh Havers (guitar), Anton Rose (bass), Daniel Moore (drums) and Joel Woods (synths) are six Durham lads aiming that, one day, Mum's everywhere will say they're really nice boys.

What's The Deal?

Spikey yet laid-back sugar-inspired indie pop is the Lamborghini behind the blanket here, and it works very well.

Will I Like It?
Fans of catchy guitar hooks, northern vocals and Philip Pullman will find pure, brilliant fantasy here.

What's Next?
Being a relatively new and very local band, The Riposte are sadly yet to be truly noticed, however they've got it in motion, with a very-budget video of 'Better Days' floating around the interweb, and as many gigs are their parents will let them have. For now, sadly, mind, that seems to be just one – go on, get!
