As part of Paramore's Rocklouder Takeover, they asked if they could upload a few of their favourite videos. We said sure!
Josh: One of our favourite videos is Mute Math’s ’Typical’. It’s all in reverse. There’s one edit, the whole thing.
Hayley: Our friend actually made the video with those guys and they’re an amazing band. They got nominated for a Grammy for the video, so we hope they win!
Zac: They learned all their parts backwards, so they can record it, and when they flip it around, it looks like they’re playing, but they’re going in reverse. They did a ton of stuff during the video, they reworked it backwards and did everything so it lines up and there's this full story to it. Then they went and they actually performed it backwards on the Jimmy Kimmel show in the States, and Jimmy played it forwards so it looked like they were moving backwards but the song was still going and playing normally. You’ve really gotta see it!
