Alkaline Trio To Re-Release Debut Album!

Alkaline Trio will re-release their debut album next year.

The seminal 1998 album 'Goddamnit' has been re-mixed and and remastered by the album's original engineer Matt Allison and will be accompanied by the Trio's 1996 demos that have only ever been previously available on cassette tapes sold out early shows.

The release will also come with a DVD featuring new and vintage footage of the band.

The band write:

"The album art has been re-imagined and redesigned by the great John Yates. In addition to lyrics, song commentary, and photos from the band's personal collection there are two new written introductions. The first from label owner, and confidant Mike Park. The second from Chicago cohort, and renowned author Brendan Kelly."

All sounds pretty bloody exciting, eh?
